The GRAYLING was a wooden centerboard schooner yacht built in 1883 by Poillon in New York, for Latham A. Fish, a prominent Atlantic Yacht Club member. She was designed by Philip R. Ellsworth, and built at the Richard & Cornelius Poillon shipyard in 1883.

Known for her shallow draft she was famously involved in a capsizing incident shortly after her launch in 1883.
